POLICIES:
12 month commitment required. Credit card will be charged the first of each month. Memberships are not transferable. A 30 day written notice is required to discontinue membership. Monthly membership fees that are not applied toward spa services are non-refundable. Monthly membership fees cannot accumulate towards future months. Monthly membership fees not applied toward spa services are not transferable towards the next month. Membership Club Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. In order to accommodate all customers' desired appointment times, we implement the following cancellation policy. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours are charged a 50% of the session's fee. If you do not give any notification prior to not showing up for your appointment, then you will be charged 100% of the session's fee, to be deducted from monthly membership fee.
